Adding anti-slip texture to modern armor

Thanks for posting that information Ryan. I will try that on my next Abrams or Bradley. Maybe I will pick some up at the Lowes tommorrow and bring it to the next meeting.

This is the a thread I have seen that also includes a layout plan for the M1A1/A2.

If the thread ever disappears the product is Terra Cotta under the American Accents brand made by Rust-oleum. Tape off the areas you did not want the anti-slip to be on, then simply followed the directions on the can and gave it a few light coats.

I plan to use this on my Tamiya M1A2 kit in the near future.

I have seen/heard folks use the Citadel Colour Roughcoat Spray Paint or Plasti-kote fleck stone spray paint as other methods.
