It was a very nice show and the folks from LSM/AMPS did a great job. It was nice to see ES represented and we had a good time.

Well Eagle Squadron was well represented by all at the contest! Even with the reduced number of categories we managed to win a large number of IPMS and AMPS awards spread across all Eagle Squadron members. Congradulations to all.
RonV

Great news. Congrats to all.

Tony, get well soon. An elbow fracture sounds really painful.

I am departing Kohls in N Raleigh at 9AM.  Plan on arriving at the contest at 10.   Lots of room.  Sorry about the elbow, can you still lift a pint?  You may need some physical therapy with 12 and 16 ounces.

Tony - Take care of the arm - your presence and enthusiasm will be greatly enjoyed if you can come.

Planning to be there - got a couple to display.

I am sorry to hear that Tony. Hope you are feeling better. I am planning on going to the show. I want to hit the vendors. If anyone needs a lift let me know.

Sorry to hear about the elbow. Hope it heals well. Can you paint it?

Ronv

Sorry to hear about the elbow! So you will be going to just support the show?

While I would have said yes last week I'm not so sure reason being I tripped and fell at RDU late last night and now have a fractured elbow. Anything that was close to ready now won't be for sure.

Just a reminder, the Lafayette Scale Modelers/AMPS All-American 2012 Show & Contest is on November 10th, 2012. Doors open at 9:00 AM on Saturday morning, and we'll begin judging around 12:30.

We have A LOT of vendors lined up, nearly THREE TIMES more than we've ever had. So you should be able to find just about anything you're looking for.

You can get all the details by going to http://lafayettescalemodelers.wordpress.com/2012-show-contest/. You can download entry forms and flyers, or head over to the AMPS All-American site for the entry forms for your armor by using the link provided there. This looks to be one of our biggest shows ever, so have your entry forms filled out early, and bring plenty of spending money!

If you have any questions, please visit the website, and if your question is not answered, email contest@lafayettescalemodelers.com.

Thanks for your support, and have a blessed day!

Jon
