Hi folks,

I just wanted to send out a reminder to everyone in the AMPS southeast region about our local show coming up 19-20 June, 2016.

We hope that you and your members will be able to attend.

We will be conducting AMPS judge's training on Friday afternoon / evening, 19 June, as well as early registration.  We will follow the judges' training with actual judging until about 9 pm on Friday.  We will set the exact time for the judge's training according to the schedules for those who would like to attend.

If you or any of your members are interested in attending the Judge's training, please contact us at this email address so that we can try to accommodate your arrival schedules.

Vendors will also be able to set up Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.  Anyone interested in vending at the show should contact us to reserve table space and to get other details about set up.

At present, we have over 40 vendor tables and can add more depending on demand.

As always, we invite you and or any of your members who would like to sponsor one of our categories or special awards to do so.  Sponsorships are $25 per category skill level and $25 for each special award.  You may send checks made out to "AMPS Central SC" to any of the contact addresses listed on our contest page.

For those who would like one, we will provide written receipts for your tax records.  Many of our corporate sponsors and raffle donors deduct the costs as business advertising expenses.  We do advertise our sponsors and donors on our website for about a year (until our next contest) and we also display posters at the show to promote our sponsors and donors, too.

You may look over the current lists of raffle donors and awards sponsors and chose any open spaces.  Please provide a second choice since we allot these on a first-come basis.
