I bought a CO2 setup from someone and ended up getting a refill from Robert's Oxygen. A 20 lb cylinder was $30 to swap an old one for a new one. I'm afraid that I can't really offer any regulator advice, and from what I understand, you have to buy your initial cylinder for around $100-150.

One place to check for fittings and cylinders is at any of the brewery supply stores, as they use CO2 as part of the brewing process. Atlantic Brew Supply near NC State seems to be one of the biggest around.

I am making the switch to a C02 source for airbrush operations.  Can who is currently using C02 recommend a local dealer who offers good pricing on regulators, tanks and refills.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
