Need input : Two Amendments for IPMS proposed

Here is something from John Ratzenburger who is looking for our input. Please have a look and respond thanks

    Hi Tim,
    Hi Glen,
     
    Little favor from you two, if you would.  I have two C&BL amendments that I would like you to send down your contact chain to the chapters for possible endorsements.  These are out in other channels already but I want to get way over 25 signatures, assuming of course people actually agree with them.
     
    One, amends 1-4-B (& 2 other paragraphs), the Foreign National voting/office one again.  The other is an offshoot of that which prevents the Pres from going to lower board slot and hopefully rotates some new blood onto the CRB.  I think both are pretty well laid out.
     
    If any members would like to support these, they can either sign the form and mail to national or they can email MJ.
     
    If the email, they should have a subject such as "Ratzenberger, amend 1-4-B" or "Ratzenberger, amend 3-10-AB" and then inside the email say that they support the appropriate amendment.  Snail mail is of course, IPMS/USA PO Box 2475, North Canton, OH, 44720-0475 and I'd put the same little phrase on the lower left corner of the envelope.

    Loooking forward to R-12 in Nov, then going into hibernation until ODO in Feb -- I talked to Mike Petty about taking AMPS Judge training up there and working that side this year ...
