Hi Folks

Sunday the 20th is the Dec meeting and in recognition of year end and the great RDUCON event we had in Sept we will be celebrating with the club providing Smithfields BBQ (BBQ, Chicken, Slaw, Hush Puppies, Tea...). We'd like to get a good view on attendees so we have enough so let us know by Thurs by email as primary means.

We will have the typical year end agenda where we have always had a fun time. So for those who are new this means we will :

- Eat and chat and have fun

- Do the familiar but ever so complicated gift exchange (who knows the rules again) . So if you want to take part then bring a wrapped kit that is complete. 

- Models built over 2009 review. So we'd would like you to bring in whatever models you've completed during this year so we can see and appreciate them one more time and for some pictures to include in the Gallery.

- We will recognize our most improved modeler.

- Then we'll hold elections for the E-board positions of :President, Vice President, and Treasurer. 

- Lastly we are looking for Jan/Feb/Mar topics/demos for the new year so think about what you'd like to see or could do as one.
