Old Tamiya Panzer II Fun

Hi Everyone,

I just want to let you know I am having a ball working on this little tank OOB.  It went together so quickly and easily.  I am thinking about doing a simple North African theme diorama now using the kits figures (which have been described as crap in more than a few reviews but I think they are just fine.)  For a model of this vintage I am very impressed with how cool it looks. 
I have some good images of this kit built up by others to refer to for finishing and weathering ideas but I would be very interested to get ideas from  from the group!  This was indeed a good first Armor model build choice and I want to thank everyone who steered me in it's direction.  I hope to post some images of my little Panzer's build progress as soon as I master the art up loading images to this site.

I Just bought the icm 1/35 BATTLE FOR DNIEPER FIG & PzKpfw II Ausf L kit. I hope it will be as much fun.  I like these small reconnaissance tanks.
