Nice model Tony. I am sure he will enjoy the Humvee. Being at Bragg he wont get to see it much but when comes out of the field it will be there for him.

Thanks. Gareth was completely surprised and pleased with the model. He said firing one of the grenade launching guns is quite the weapon. He will undergo more training on his way to Ft Bragg. Here is a picture of he and I.

Hi guys

As you know one of the Eagle Scouts from my troop just graduated from West Point as such I have made him a Hmmvee as a gift. This is the Tamiya kit which builds up very nicely out of the box. It was a fun build and nice to give to a deserving lad who doesn't know...tonight he will get it as a surprise gift.
