Mrs. Shook is doing well and is at Glenaire in Cary. She's doing a lot of rehab, but has a long way to go. Do we want to send her a card?

Haven't heard how her surgery went last week, since my parents are out of town for the weekend. I usually keep up with Col. Shook through my dad, so hopefully I'll know something Monday.

My dad talked to Col. Shook yesterday morning. Marilyn fell and broke her hip. She's being transferred to Wake Med this morning. Dad said Col. Shook himself isn't doing too well. He's been having trouble swallowing, so they've had to put in a tube for food. I'll try to find out more about where Marilyn is staying and how she's doing, so maybe we can send her and Col. Shook a card from the club.
