Hey everyone,

The USO event was awesome to see. Lots of brave men and women there in their finery. Makes me very proud to be able to help celebrate their service. As for the recipients of the models, they were all very impressed and grateful that we were able to do that for them. I gave each one a business card and asked to reach out if they should ever need any repairs. Thank you all who helped out.

As for the silent auction, we brought in around $450 for the planes and chopper for the cause. I will get the exact numbers if I can and report at the next meeting. As soon as we get pics, I will post them for everyone to see. Each honoree model was placed on a black foamcore disc I cut that was placed on a riser in the middle of their table with flowers around the base. Really showcased the models well.
