Today I was shopping at the Four Seasons Mall in Greensboro. There is a small dollar type store just outside of the Belks store in the mall proper. I went in to browse around and found a large selection of Hasegawa 1/72 scale jets (military and commercial) and some other nice model items. I purchased five kits for just over $40 dollars. I did not want to buy anymore beacuse my wife would kill me. Anyway if you took some of the club money to the store and purchased the kits it would really boost the raffle feature of the show beacuse he does have some really nice kits for sale for very cheap. I purchased a Has 1/72 Tornado GR, F4 5000 Phantom, Edwards AFB Test Vista F 16 with resin included, a dragon 1/16 Wermacht figure, and an outstanding 1/72 scale Revell F-16 two seater, all for under 40 dollars. At a store or online this would have been over a hundred dollars easy. Anyway if anyone wants to make the drive it is well worth it in terms of savings.
