North Carolina USO Gala Event

     Thanks to Jon Emery, the donated models from Woody Griffin, Joe Marranca, Tony Leger, Lee Kolosna, Bill Lumbattis, and Ron Verberg made a big impact at the annual USO Gala Event fundraiser.  Honorees from each branch of the service got a model made by members of Eagle Squadron.  The silent auction pulled in $1735, which included Jon's impressive armor chess set and three other models.  As always, it is great to see Eagle Squadron participation in such a worthwhile charity event and we are all grateful to Jon for his administration and leadership.


IPMS Eagle Squadron Bylaws

     The proposed club bylaws have been posted on the club forum for an official vote of approval.  Please go to:

     and cast your vote either for or against the proposed articles.  Voting ends on the morning of Sunday November 18 and the results will be announced at the meeting.  If the bylaws are approved, then they will posted on the club website and future amendments will be enacted with the procedures described in the document.
