Subject: Update - April Fund Raising Event in Fayetteville, NC
We are pleased to announce that the NC Maritime Modelers Society is now the hosting club for the Wounded Warrior Project fund raising event scheduled for April 18th in Fayetteville, NC.
They are being joined by several modeling clubs around the SC, VA, and FL region.
With three months to go, it appears that, what was originally intended to be a rather small local gathering of a few modeling friends on the East Coast, has evolved into a major (Modelers) event for a very worthy cause. Now that we are only 14 weeks away from the Exhibition date, it is not too soon for us to begin gathering pre-registration information.
In fact, as we begin to make plans for media coverage in the Fayetteville area, it is imperative that we be able to state, with reasonable certainty, the number of modelers who will be exhibiting their art at the event.
Anyone planning to attend this event must take a few minutes and give me an email reply with the information listed below.
