Title: RDUCon 2009 Website
Post by: WoodyG on Fri 07/31/09 05:53 PM
Guys:  Tony called the other night and generously spent 45 minutes with Judy showing her how to add the Firefox browser.  Now that we have it, we can easily navigate the RDUCon 2009 Website.  It is very nice and quite impressive.  Tony still has to add the contest entry forms, but I think he's doing that this weekend.  However, it's a bit concerning that so few categories are sponsored yet.  WOODY G.

Per the minutes from the planning meeting a followup for sponsors is underway. Any sponsors you know of please let me know and I'll update the web page. Just remember they do not need to be modeling related to be a sponsor.

regards,

Hey Woody. Glad to see that Tony was able to get you going. I know Steve Payne was going to talk with the owner of Hobby Town USA to see if he would want to help out in some way. He had mentioned this at the July meeting. I will ask the manager of Hobby Lobby if they could sponsor something. I do not how much leeway the HL corporate gives them for this type of activity but it cant hurt to ask.
