I always thought the Shackleton was a cool aircraft with the contra rotating propellers. I cannot wait for Revells release of it.

I looked at the Shackleton website - very interesting with much information on individual Marks of the A/C.  Also there are numerous photos of the interior - very cramped. 

As the Mark I-II are tail sitters & Mark III tri-cycle landing gear, I will be interested to see which Mark they produce.  According to the history (part of link below) the Mark III also had jet engines in the outer nacelles for extra boost on take-off ala B-36.
