I received an e-mail from a gentleman (Bill) in Louisburg who has several kits and some magazines that he'd like to donate to the club. I've invited him to the January meeting. If he can't make it, perhaps a club member who lives north of Raleigh could arrange to pick them up for use in our contest raffle. If that doesn't work, I can make the trip.
We can discuss at the January meeting if Bill is unable to attend.
Here is what Bill is offering:
Hello,
I have several model kits I would to donate to your group. As I near
retirement I am down sizing my hobbies.
Hopefully these kits can find a good home with your members.

Revell Germany Zeppelin 1/200 scale unassembled
Revell Germany Arado E555 Nazi flying wing bomber 1/72 unassembled
Lindberg Blockade runner / Confederate 1/124 hull assembled
AMT/ERTL Space:1999 Eagle 1 transporter unassembled
Roshima 1/35 various Samurai some assembly and paint
Heller International Space Station 1/125 unassembled
Monogram Classic Series Wright Brothers Flyer
Several "Fine Scale Modeler" magazines

I'd be happy to take this one off his hands.
AMT/ERTL Space:1999 Eagle 1 transporter unassembled
and if no one else wants it:

Bill L.
I can probably pick up if needed.
The triple nickle does look tempting, might need to trade out a few for the raffle.
Ryan - Yes please.
Thank you
Bill L.
I have asked Bill in Louisburg for his address and phone number. When I get it, I'll pas it along to Ryan and Bill L. for pick-up arrangements.
Thanks,
Lee
As the Eagle and flying wing are spoken for, I would be interested in the space station and the zeppelin.
I would be interested in the Lindberg Blockade runner.

I have the items. Will bring it to dinner and meeting.
That's awesome Ryan - Thank you.
Bill L.
No problem Bill.
Ryan, Can you hold onto the Blockade runner for me? I work the night of the dinner meeting.
Thanks
RonV
Will do Ron.
