Hey Ryan I was at Hobby Town today over in Greensboro and met the new owner, Mr. Pollack. He was real nice and I mentioned RDU Con 09 and asked him if he would be willing to sponsor a category. He seemed open to the idea. I will get his business card to you at the May meeting with my dues ::)

Also I was going to ask the manager of Hobby Lobby but I did not see him today. I am not sure how that would work with Hobby Lobby being a large corporation and so fourth but when I see him I will ask.

Ryan,
Spoke with Scott Pollock,owner of Hobbytown USA in Greensboro today. He was very interested in the RDUCON 2009 event. If you or Tony have no objection, I will e-mail him a copy of the announcement to post in his store.

I have received some posters from one of the fire truck manufacturers to post during the contest - I'll continue to check with some others.
