Is there anyone in the model club that would be willing to donate a big bomber to hang from the ceiling in the Hayes Barton Café?
The theme of the restaurant is WWII with the walls plastered with old war memorabilia and pictures of veterans. Cool as hell.
Let me know if you have a decent kit in the closet (built of course) that you would like to donate.

I have my old Monoram 1/48 B-29, but I need to restore the landing gear.
It is natural metal with gloss black underside.

I have a B-25H that I can contribute to the cause.

I'll pass this along and see where it goes.

Norm, Lee,
Will you be at dinner tonight, and can you bring your models if they're ready?
Bill L.
Norm,
The black bottom, that was done for the Korean war, wasn't it? This guy is looking to enhance his WWII theme. Hold off while I check with him. I'll let you know as soon as I do.
Clyde - dust off the Enola Gay just in case.
Lee K. - Same.
Thanks
Bill
I will not be at the dinner tonight, sorry. My B-25H is indeed a World War II item.
