Guys: Eagle Squadron kicked butt! Kudos to Tony and his crew for Runner Up Club of the year in 2011, and also Runner Up in Club Website. As for the contest, Larry Mason was the STAR. He took 5 models, every model won something, 2 firsts, 1 second, and 2 thirds, plus Best National Guard Subject with his beautiful 1/72nd scale Bradley. Ron Verburg took many awards with his many entries, 4 Firsts that I know of. He had a dynomite Black Beard's Pirate ship on a fantastic base that he built himself. I hope he brings it to the next meeting. The rest of us all won at least 2 awards and a good time was had by all. A very well run show, over at 4:15 PM. Wish more of you could have gone. Bill,we won run 1st runner up for best website also we won 1st runner up for chapter of the year.I went up and collected the awards and passed them onto Ron as he is an Ebored member.
