Is anyone going to the Nationals August 8-11? Tossing around the idea and was curious who else was insame enough to go to central FL in mid August.

Hey Jon, As Joe said, I'll be down there with my girlfriend, I'm sure the heat is going to cook us too!
We're planning on just skipping the parks midday - if you stay at a Disney hotel, many nights you can be in one of the parks until midnight or later.
Jon, Are you entering anything or just going to look around?

I am going down to partcipate in a forum with Dick Montgomery and his veterans program. I will be working the donations table with him as well. Stop and visit if you are there. If I get the latest chess set done, I may enter it. Other than that, not sure if anything is up to the standards.

Yes, leaving the 7th after work and driving to my Dad's, then to the show the morning of the 8th. Chess set is still a few weeks off. If anyone is going, I will be sitting at the Veteran's programs collection booth for the majority of the time.

Didn't notice the Trumpeter sprues, not my scale, but the decal sheet was TwoBobs, Florida specific F-4 Phantoms in 1/48. Rare plane detective has pics and details up on his site for the decals.
