Thanks! I was going to do a shark mouthed jet, but decided to build the one flown by Maj. Clark instead. He won the Air Force Cross while on a Sandy mission, and his jet is now at the AF museum in Dayton. I'm going to load it up for a regular CAS mission, instead of a Sandy mission, though. That way, I get to use bigger bombs.  ;D

Cheers!

That is very nice Ben. I love that jet. Stick a sharkmouth on that SLUF!

Not too bad for a model that went from scrap heap candidate to paint target! I just need to add the canopy details & glue it open, the pilot's steps, and some bombs, and touch up the yellowish bands around the windscreen glass, then it'll be done. It's a good four footer, now!   ;D

Got the decals on the A-7D. I just used the kit decals, with some Zotz left overs someboby sold me, and changed the serial number with some Detail & Scale tail code decals. I still need to put the black antenna cover decals on the tail, but I can't do that until I find some dark green decal film for the tail stripe. The slats and flaps were a PITA to get on the model. It looks pretty good from four feet, but I wouldn't suggest getting any closer than that.  ;D  This is not one of Hasegawa's better models (not one of my better ones, either!). Gonna put some decals on the Hunzilla, now.
