Quick update: Holiday vacation as afforded me the time to spend in my 'Model Zone'.  The 1/48 Monogram P-51B is in the decaling stage, the 1/72 A-1E is in the weathering stage and the 3 other kits you see are paint targets for paint mixture testing.  I like the way the 1/72 MPC SEPECAT Jaguar Gr.Mk I is turning out.

Here are two of the three projects I have going on cuncurrently, hoping to finish by years end.  Thankfully I have some vacation time coming up too.

The P-51B is the 1/48 'white' boxing of this vernerable model kit.  I doesn't have any decals, which is fine as they would probably be unusable any way, much like the F7F-2 Tiger cat's were.

The A-1E is the 1/72 scale 'Blue' boxing if this aircraft.  My plan is to paint it as an Air Force SEA venue but the (excellent) decals were designed for the initial Grey scheme of this plane.  I'll have to scrounge around for what I need.

The Academy F/A-18C project continues inspite of some major set-backs.
