Ok, now it's done done for me. A dark wash around the bullet splash inside and out would be nice but I am sure I would screw it up at this time.

Great weathering Ryan. I need to see the hairspray being done "in real life" before I will even think of attempting. Nice.

Thanks Jon. Anytime you want to get together we can give it a go.

Great looking stuff here. I am going to order some of the mat grass.

Yep, that's the stuff I have. Got it a few years ago and forgot about it cause I never finished a kit and a base for it. Also have added in some woodland scenic hay. Pics later today.

Thanks Bill. I forgot I had some landscape items I wanted to try.

Looks real nice Ryan. You did a great job with the weathering! Maybe like William said at the meeting you can add some grass or trees around the base.

The turret is from the Dragon M4A4 with a hairspray finish of Tamiya Red Brown base and Vallejo Interior green 71.010.

Since the meeting I sprayed the raised box a rust color and added a satin finish.

I want to do more but I am not confident in how it will turn out and don't have a test bed in the same state to try it.
