Did no one from Raleigh go to Columbus?

Hello, ES!
Jenn and I were there; I thought it odd that I didn't see anyone from ES! Not even SHANE! Who drove to Phoenix or Albeturkey or where ever it was!

There were some very nice dioramas. The sub pen/factory being the most extravagant; my favorite was the battle-damaged ship with a "fire" burning at the base of one of the smoke plumes. A lot of people raved about the shadow box of the Lincoln assassination, but I didn't get down on my knees to look at it. (Never would have gotten back up without help, and Jenn was off somewhere.)

The F-15 was sweet, but I thought the LEDs were too bright scalewise.

How times change - JENN spent more on kits than I did! (No, I didn't say she spent more money. ;~> )

Is there somewhere in the new site to post pics (assuming I have any that are presentable!)?
