Yeah, what Ryan said: Seems to have gone off very well overall, and early indications are the treasury has a bit more in it that when we started. Congrats to all!

Eagle Squadron,
We are in the last hours leading up tp RDUCON.  Here is the latest information:

1. Averesboro Coffee Shop will be open on Saturday 9 to 1.
2. Mo Joe's Grill will be open 11 to 2 for lunch.
3. Wake tech will set up tables for us tonight (Thursday) based on the floor plan I sent to them.
4. I have requested 30 tables for the vendors.
5. Ann from WT will be on site Saturday morning at 7am.  She will get us access to the elevator & if any extra tables or chairs are needed she can provide them.
6. Please still plan to arrive early.  William has sold at least 26 tables.  If the event room is in good shape, we will still need to cover tables, and assist the vendors. Please don't
    take anything for granted.
7. We have a very tight schedule for the day to warp up by 5pm.  We will need help with registration, and especially judging.
8. Key milestones for the day: 
    7am - set up.
    9am - registration starts.
    11am - judges meeting (Ryan is head judge).
    12/Noon - registration ends - hard stop.
    12:15pm - Judging starts.
    2:30pm - Judging ends.
    3pm - Awards.
    5pm - RDUCON closes.
