Hi Ron,

I have the Nelson and Warspite. I'm not sure if they came with decals, but I don't see any. Parts are not bagged, and a few parts are off sprues in both of them. If you'd like them, I'd take $10 for the pair. If you don't want to wait till the next meeting, I can ship them. It would be around $7 since they're over a pound together. Email or PM me if you're interested!
