Hi folks

It is approaching that time of year again where we need to re-charter the club. The Annual Chapter Renewal Process for IPMS is from October 1st through Dec 31st. I would like to get our information ready for submission well before the deadline...nobody likes to be last to complete this especially each regional coordinator.

For that I will revise the club fact sheet with our current member roster, ipms-usa members need to look at their renewal dates and renew as needed. Come ready to confirm your info at the October meeting as we do have dates that are expired. For non-IPMS members: You can join IPMS USA on-line at http://www.ipmsusa.org/ Its $20 for a year. I would encourage you to join. There are some great resources, and discounts that you get access too, plus, it keeps the hobby alive... Please let me know if you join, as I will need your membership number/expiry info.

I will then forward our updated fact sheet to the R12 Regional Coordinator (Tim Darrah) and our Treasurer (Ryan) will send the $20 check to cover renewal to the District coordinator (Dick Montgomery).

Lastly, as we head to the end of the year in the December meeting we'll holding nomination/elections for the officers. Anyone wishing to become one our club's officers needs to be an IPMS USA member and in good standing. As more develops I'll pass it along here.
