I'll post installments as I arm wrestle this kit to completion. Still working on the gap at the bow, the mismatch at the stern has been hammered to the mat!

Hi All, Started a new build this week, the first nuclear powered commercial ship N.S. Savannah. Glencoe Models 1/350 scale. She is a pretty ship, and a pretty bad kit. So far nothing fits as can be seen in the attached photo file. I'm scheduling to have this done for the contest in October so we'll see how it goes. Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. As can be seen in the photos I have to make a piece to fit the gap in the bow and then file/sand to match the shape, and fit a piece to the stern and file/sand so that the curvature and thickness match.
