Thank you all for the compliments. It really was a fun project.The Carrier's transmission and drive train left a lot of room for improvement.  After building the kit I have to say it was a pretty useless vehicle; but the Germans captured a lot of them.  I guess it goes back to the idea if you have lemons you make lemonade. The British offered them to the U.S. Army as reversed Lend-Lease, but they were flatly refused.  I will bring it to the meeting this Sunday.

This conversion is based on the photo that I can find.  The Carrier is the classic Tamiya kit and the 20mm flak 38 with ammo trailer are from Tristar.  All the German vehicle equipment is from my spare parts box.
