Last Month's Meeting Highlights

Well, there was a mix-up in communications and the room wasn't open, so the meeting moved down the road a bit to Smithfield Barbecue and Chicken.


This Month's Meeting

We will have an informal build session this month and in August.  Our regular club meetings will resume in September.  Bring a model to work on and just enjoy the company of other modelers doing the same thing for a couple of hours.  All are welcome.


Build Outside the Norm

Our club is conducting a group build of subjects that we don't normally do.  For example, if you're primarily an armor modeler, you would select a car or a ship, or any subject from a category that you don't normally build.  The idea is to stretch your skills a bit and perhaps gain an appreciation for a different genre.  Any subject is allowed, and all members are welcome to participate.  Completed models will be presented for inspection at the September 18 meeting.
