Revell model company has asked me to contact your club regarding the upcoming Revell Make N Take activity for families with kids attending the Super Chevy Show in Rockingham, NC.  The event held during the weekend of October 22 & 23, will provide an opportunity for hundreds of children attending the event the chance to put together a model kit.  We would appreciate some assistance from your club in providing basic guidance to the kids and their parents as they build a model.  I have already shipped 150 Revell Make N Take model kits to the track, and will provide tickets for your club members that would like to attend one or both days of the event.  The overall event is a large car show, and drag race which your club members can enjoy before and after the two hour Make N Take event.

Dates:  Saturday & Sunday, October 22 & 23, 2011

Times: 12:00 – 2:00pm each day


Tickets can be sent to you in advance or left under club members names at a Will Call window at the track .   The goal is to have 2-3 club members each day (can be the same both days or different members each day).  If any of the modelers that sign up to help at the event would also like an additional ticket to bring family members let me know and we can arrange that as well.
