I am building the Heller 1/43 2002 #11 car. I will get TS-50 if need be but I was hoping I could use what is on hand. Is there a bottle equivalent?

Is the gold only on the outside or is all the way thru the wheel? I have cut up the tire and wheel so now you can see thru the wheel. I need to add the brake calibers. Do you have a photos or links to photos of the interior? I need to build the rollcage or at least something close. Currently I am using the Haseawaga and Tamyia kits as a guide.

Ryan,What year?
Tamiya makes a color in rattle cans called mica blue, number TS-50. This color was produced specifically for the factory WRX World Rally Cars, called WR Blue by Subaru, and Tamiya came out with the spray paint for their models. This is for Subaru factory rally cars from about 2001 on, and available only on WRX's (same color as mine). I will have to verify the color if you have one close to 2001 or earlier. They also had gold wheels.
Earlier factory rally cars used a darker metallic blue color, but I haven't tried to match the color for them.

For my Subaru Impreza WRC it calls for Baltic Blue color, which I found matches model master 2702. http://www.testors.com/products/136529

I have Testor 1539 sapphire.

What base coat color can I use with 1539 to get close to 2702?

Thanks
