Great "What-if" discussion

I agree, Ronnie's P-38  "what if" was excellent.  I would like to see more of these sort of projects because they challenge us all as builders.  The world would not have had the P-51 as we know it if someone had not done some thinking outside the box.

Thanks for the encouraging words Jon.  I don't know if I"m supposed to respond to this but if the guys in the club would want something like that I could go deeper with images and explainations.  I just wouldn't want it to be boring for the guys that have already sat through the first one.  I like that way that it turned into a group discussion as there was good input from several fellows.

Wonderful meeting all around yesterday. For those of you who missed it, Ronnie Murray had an awesome "what-if" based on the P-38 Lightning in British service. I would like to see and hear more... maybe the gap opened by the auto finish cancellation...?
