help me correct my email address

First, check your email by visiting your profile (click your username next to a post or "Profile" above).

Second, ensure you're subscribed to the board or topic you're expecting to receive notifications from. On the top right corner of each board or topic, you should see a link that says "Notify" or "Unnotify".

-If it says "Notify", you're NOT subscribed. Click "Notify" and click "OK" on the prompt to subscribe.
-If it says "Unnotify", you ARE subscribed, and should receive notifications based on your settings.

To adjust the notifications settings:

Go to your profile (either click your name next to a post, or click "Profile" in the menu above the forum).

Hover over the "Modify Profile" and select "Notifications" from the dropdown menu.

You can look at what your preferences are set to on this page.

Check "Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic." to be notified as such.

Check "When sending notification of a reply to a topic, send the post in the email (but please don't reply to these emails.)" to have the message content appear in the email notification, but you'll still need to return to the board to reply.

For "For topics and boards I've requested notification on, notify me:", select "Instantly" to receive an email for each post, and "Instantly - but only for the first unread reply" to get one email notice about the first response you get, and no additional notices until you've logged in and read the existing responses. "Daily" and "Monthly" will only notify you once a day or once a month about the new posts.

Beyond these settings, you can check the topics for which you should be getting notifications:
"Current Topic Notifications" lists individual topics you'll be notified about, per the rules set above.
"Current Board Notifications" list boards that you'll get a notification about when a new topic is posted. Again, to subscribe to boards, enter the individual board, and click on "notify" in the upper right corner. If it says "unnotify", then you're already receiving notifications.

I am also having problems when I select the "Notify me of replies" filter - I am not receiving any notifications.  Can you check this please.

Edit: To change your email, click on your username next to a post or click on "Profile" in the menu above.

Hover over "Modify Profile" and select "Account Settings".

Enter your new email address. Enter your "Current Password:" at the bottom of the page, and then click "Change profile".

My email address listed on my profile is incorrect and I can't figure out how to correct it.  Could one of the gods of the forum correct it to: billosgood56@gmail.com?
