I don't have the books but did get them through interlibrary loan. Jerry's books are absolutely phenomenal. Loads of color and markings data, color profiles and drawings of every type of 190D. It goes into great detail about the different paint schemes from the prototype D9 and other D variants to the ones at the very end of the war and beyond. Very pricey but worth the effort to try to find. Also the JaPo books are similar. Just a touch less lavish than the Eagle Editions by Jerry Crandall.

William, what library did you use for the interlibrary loan?

Thx

Rest in Peace Spanky. You were truly a gifted model builder, I enjoyed the color you brought to the conversations, and your contribution within the Eagle Squadron Club over the years. Thank you for that.

sincerely

I started cutting plastic as one of the meetings and just finished getting the pontoons assembled.

My condolences to Spanky's family. He was quite a character and a heck of a modeler. I didn't know he was a fellow MTSU Blue Raider.

Sorry to hear about Spanky's passing.  He was a gifted modeler -- one of the best in the world in my opinion.  He also was quite a character and one of a kind.  I hope he's enjoying that big hobby shop in the sky.  Vaya con dios, amigo.

So sad to hear about Spanky. He was quite the artist with models. I'll sure miss him. He made me so much better as a modeler.

For those that don't know, Andre is one of our newest members. He was at the last club meeting with the Bismarck.
