December Meeting/Luncheon

This is a reminder that Sunday 12/1 from 1 – 4 PM will be our next monthly IPMS Eagle Squadron gathering at the Cleveland Draft House, 1420 East Broad Street, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526

The date was moved as the CDH was unable to accomadate us on our normal second Sunday. We discussed it at the meeting and I accepted the 12/1 offer before we left.

Agenda for the 12/1 meeting:

– Elections:
– We will nominate and vote for the President and Vice President positions
– Jeff Church has volunteered to replace Larry(Really it’s his wife) who currently is our Treasurer and we will make that official at the meeting.
– Many thanks to Larry and his wife for all that they have done to support the club as our Treasurer. Please make sure to thank Larry when you see him.

– Holiday Luncheon
Our Holiday luncheon will be catered by CDH and we need to get a rough count if possible so that we can order the week before.

Here are some of the options and when you reply if you plan to attend, please suggest an option from the list

FYI We are on a budget
– Salad
– Vegetable: (We will verify this choice, but please suggest one)
_- Mashed Potatoes and Gravy?
– Corn, Beans, Broccoli, etc.
– Entree (Choose 2 in the event we need a tie-breaker)
-Meatloaf
-Teriyaki Beef Tips
-Smothered Chicken
-Chicken Marsala
-Pork Tenderloin
-Baked Penne/Spaghetti
– Desert: (Choose 1)
-Cheese Cake
-Banana Pudding
-Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

– Annual “Gift Exchange”
Our annual “gift exchange” will be held also. Please bring a wrapped gift. I know we all look forward to this event because is is always FUN!
