November Meeting and December Reminders

Hello IPMS Eagle Squadron,

As the year draws to a close and the holiday season approaches, I want to take a moment to thank you for your support and being a part of IPMS Eagle Squadron.

Looking ahead to the new year, I’m excited about the fellowship that we have in store.

I hope that you all take some time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the holidays with your loved ones. I also hope that you get lot’s of bench time so that we can have more on the tables to talk about in the new year.

A few things:

• Our meeting is next Sunday 11/9 at the Cleveland Draft House 1420 E Broad St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 from 1-3
• It is also time to elect our officers for 2026 and we will do that at our December meeting.

The current list of officers is:

Derrick Beard – Vice President
Jeff Church – Treasurer
Lee Griffin – Chapter Contact

If you would like to run for one of these positions, please do. We will see if the current members still want to serve at the November meeting and we will hold elections at our December meeting.

December meeting and Luncheon:
The meeting will be 12/14 1-4 at the Cleveland Draft House 1420 E Broad St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 and I will send out another reminder next month. We add an additional hour to have more time to enjoy the fellowship.

Our Holiday luncheon will be catered by CDH and we need to get a rough count if possible so that we can order the week before. Please let me know by 12/5 if you will be able to join us so that we can order the food.

The menus will be similar to last year.
– Salad
– Rolls
– Vegetable
_- Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
– Corn, Beans, Broccoli, (One of these)
– Entrée
-Meatloaf
-Chicken Marsala
-Baked Penne/Spaghetti
– Desert

– Annual “Gift Exchange”
Our annual “gift exchange” will be held also. Please bring a wrapped gift. I know that we all look forward to this event because is is always FUN!
