    Spammers will try to trick you into revealing information to aid them in gaining access where they then try to gain other insights to target users especially those they discover have more privileges.

    To protect yourself be suspicious always. Notably if you are not expecting such emails For instance we might ask you to reset your password but would not provide a link. You’d go to our site and login to change it or if you couldn’t login you would request a password recovery then once logged in could change it. We do have the ability to suspend an account but there would need to be a blatant violation of terms for us to take such action.

    When looking at an email from us look at the sender info, title, and body of the email for errors. There is usually a clue that helps identify it as spam.

    Other tips are never share your account credentials and to keep a strong password. Also make sure you see the https in the web link as that shows the session is encrypted making it harder to sniff passwords.
